Once apon a time...

Hi guys, I know it's been a pretty long time since I posted last. But there were a hell lot of things going on. Or maybe I  was just busy with other things ;-) So here's my latest post.

Once upon a time...
...not so very long ago, I used to be different. Determined, I cared, I did something for the world.
And over a period of a few months, I changed. Entirely.
I don't think that I've changed. It's the others. And I'm am not paranoid.
How can you change into someone you've always loathed?
It's literally impossible.
But true. I have changed. I have become more sensitive and frail on the one hand, but also aggressive and impulsive on the other. Sometimes I think that I can't quite get my hormones under control, but it's more than that. It's literally my last year of school, butt I don't seem to care. I see all the others with their boyfriends and wonder why nobody kind of... fancies me...? But why do I want a boyfriend?
Why do I have to always get some kind of confirmation? Why do I need someone to tell me I'm beautiful? Why can't I just be confident in what I do? I get swayed so easily. No matter how confident I am, if someone tells me otherwise, I break into tiny little pieces.
It is just so amazing that one person, whom you didn't even really care for that much, can turn your life around.
Someone once told me I was strong. What happened?

Little Things

After an extremly long break I have at last found time to post again. Haven't forgotten you, guys ;)
I know, the title is identical to the song by "One Direction", but this isn't the topic for today.

Even if I can't manage it, I would love you to. Please, don't let the little things affect your lives. Don't turn a molehill into a mountain. It has serious consequences on one's health and on others.
By letting every little thing get to you you lose your self confidence and needlessly expose yourself to even more stress...
Keep calm...

I may be stating the obvious here, but I just wanted to make a point. And I hope you take that into account.

sometimes I wish....

...that I could stick to one thing
...that I had a proper talent
...that I could concentrate
...that I was popular

but most of all to be self contented, to have no wishes at all.

Is it possible ?
How can it be.
A parent will always wish for its child to be perfect.
A girl will always be jealous of another and wish to be better.
A boy will always wish to get to the heart of that married girl.
A doctor will always wish to cure his patients.

If there shall come that day of a wishless world, what would happen?
Everything would be perfect.
We would have no idea what imperfect is.
We would feel like God, we would want to reach him. (even if you don't believe in God, let it be the force that created this world)
We would only know the happy world.
We could not differ between happy and sad, good and bad.
Does that mean, all people, even criminals, are good?
Everything would be perfect. But only according to us. Many may think that's the only thing that matters, but some day, we will have to pay for our actions.

Jingle bells

Sometimes you just feel sad and happy at the same time.
Think really weird things.
I mean really, really weird.
Biologically, it's hormones. Actually it's Christmas.
I love Christmas and I hate it. I love Christmas for the presents and for a time of peace, and thinking about Jesus. I hate because it's lost value and the people going mad just before and after Christmas day for the sales. Honestly, is that what Jesus wanted. And I hate because teachers make you learn for billions of tests even at this time of the year, but that's a minor factor.
And what the hell does Santa have to do with Christmas. Don't get me wrong, I find Santa really cuddly and all that, but I just don't get the relation between him and Christmas. Many would just say we're living in an americanized society, live with it or stuff it.
Aaaaanyway. Just hope you guys have a jolly Christmas!

Also schieß los ", fragte sie.
"Hey, warte doch mal!

Always look on the bright side of life!

We watched a film in religion class just the other day... "The life of Brian", Monty Python. Many people must be thinking the British humour is a piece of crap, That is, from a German perspective. But the ending was still something which almost brought me to tears, because it had such a meaning! Always look on the bright side of life, they sing, as they are being crucified. I know, it is a bit corny to almost break out in tears. But I have a different perspective of things that people laugh about. The other day in some class we were supposed to describe the feelings we had when we earned money for the first time. I explained how I was once offered some money by an old lady for playing the piano voluntarily: I still have it lying somewhere, simply because I didn't want to accept it. And ever since I've been coaching some kid, people have been coming to me and trying to persuade me to claim money for it! I just can't! I think that it's a priveledge to give knowledge to others. Funny as it may sound, funny and wierd, my teacher just laughed. And so did the others. But that's drifting away from the topic.
No matter how wrong a day seems to have gone, this song will always be a motivation. "You come out of nothing, you go into nothing. So what have you got to lose? - Nothing!"
And no matter how bad British humour may seem, my class continues to sing and whistle throughout the whole school. A song which should brighten up everybody's lives.

Just goes to show how important music really is.

Music

Klar, daran zweifelt keiner. Aber irgendwo ändert sie sich unbewusst.
